How well a new strategy, process or solution / application ends up being used is very dependent on how well staff can get to grips with the (new) applications and functionality, both in terms of content and usability. We have extensive experience in the field of knowledge dissemination in our role as training staff for SAP (Switzerland) AG in the area of standard training, as well for TeamSAP-Academy, and as lecturers at the Universities of Applied Sciences in Solothurn and Aargau in Switzerland.

We also have many years of experience from customer-specific training sessions, seminars and workshops, and can help you develop and hold specific training courses tailored exactly to the needs of your business and your employees. Such knowledge transfer can also be carried out in workshops, in which individual topics are discussed and relevant knowledge disseminated in small groups.

Coaching and on-the-job training are other forms of knowledge transfer.
